It takes a lot to be a member of our team.
At Kadar Orthodontics, we look for only those professionals who understand our unique patient focus and warm, friendly attitude. Each of our orthodontic specialists, assistants are certified and registered. They are licensed professionals trained in CPR and OSHA annually and all of our office staff members reflect the enthusiasm, attention to detail, and caring concern you appreciate.
To make your experience even more comfortable and valuable, we even have a team member who’s dedicated to scheduling, and yet another who handles financial matters. This frees our orthodontic specialists to concentrate on what’s really important to us — you.
Please join us in thanking Diane Brumbach, CDA, RDA for her dedication to the field of Orthodontics. Diane has been a dental assistant since June 1980, working with Kadar Orthodontics for the past 20 years as a clinical & treatment coordinator. Way to go, Diane…keep up the great work!

Every team has a utility player, and Team Kadar scored a home run with Marita Rigolizzo who covers a lot of bases for the busy office. You will meet Marita at the front desk where she handles Kadar Orthodontics' administrative duties. Her computer expertise is much appreciated, particularly in a largely technological work environment. Marita's responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, answering telephone calls and preparing the insurance claims. Patients appreciate her quiet, gentle manner, and her colleagues value the efficiency and effectiveness she brings to her multi-tasked position.
Away from the office, Marita enjoys canning, freezing and preparing foods for her family. Her interest in foods comes from working on her family's farm for more than 30 years. Johnny Boy Farms was a local landmark serving generations of South Jersey residents. Despite a completely different lifestyle of working outdoors for so many years, she made an easy transition into Orthodontics. Marita and her husband John live in Berlin where they are raising their grandson, Johnny. The Rigolizzos have three grown children, John, Marita and Jenny, who are all former patients of Dr. Tom Kadar.
Nancy schedules and confirms appointments, supervises, charts and transfers patient records. She updates information, maintains lists and monitors daily schedules. With all these responsibilities, working at Kadar Orthodontics is anything but 'The Life of Riley" for Nancy Reilley. As appointment coordinator for our busy office, Nancy puts to good use all the organizational skills she acquired during 13 years working for the Washington Township school system.
Nancy was hired in 1999 to join the office's administrative team. She helped in the transition of the practice to Dr. Tom Kadar and became computer savvy to keep up with the new technology that is so much a part of Kadar Orthodontics. Each day, she opens the office and spends the day multi-tasking through a variety of activities. She is always ready to help patients, their families and her co-workers with matters of scheduling, records, insurance and accounting. Nancy is in charge of Kadar's automated reminder system on which patients rely for their schedules. With her pleasant outgoing manner, she is ideally suited to greet and check in patients, as well as help those who contact the office by phone. When the workday is over, Nancy closes the office and heads home to Washington Township where she lives with Joe, her husband. The Vineland native and graduate of Goldie Beacon School of Business is mother of three children, and grandmother of 3, in her spare time, enjoys crafting, cooking and shopping with her daughter.
As you enter our office, you will be greeted by Roseann. Before joining team Kadar in 2009, Roseann was a Customer Service Representative for a telephone company for many years until the birth of her first child. Roseann put her career on hold and spent the next sixteen years as a full-time mother. She currently lives with her husband, three children, and dog Belle in Mantua. In her spare time, Roseann enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and gardening.
