Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kadar Orthodontics.

 

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• One entry per person during the Sweepstakes period.

• Employees of Kadar Orthodontics, Edelman Fossil Park & Museum, Bluewire Media, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to win.

• Void where prohibited by law.

 

Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on the published start date and ending at the published end date listed on the Sweepstakes entry page. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

 

How to Enter

Complete and submit the official online entry form during the Sweepstakes period.

Only one entry is permitted per individual. Duplicate entries, automated entries, or entries submitted using fraudulent methods may be disqualified.

 

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a VIP Edelman Fossil Park & Museum Experience for up to eight (8) guests, which includes:

• VIP admission for up to eight guests

• Behind-the-scenes tour

• Meet & Greet with Dr. Kenneth Lacovara

• Guided Quarry Dig Experience

• Expedition Voyager Virtual Reality Experience

• Complimentary lunch

• $250 museum gift card

• Bronze Memberships for all guests

• Additional experiences as determined by the Sponsor

 

Prize details are subject to availability. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor if necessary.

Transportation to and from the museum, lodging, parking, and any expenses not specifically listed are the responsibility of the winner.

 

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.

The drawing will be conducted within approximately 14 days after the Sweepstakes closes.

 

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided during entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

Prize Acceptance

The winner may be required to verify eligibility and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where permitted by law before receiving the prize.

 

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Edelman Fossil Park & Museum and Kadar Orthodontics permission to use their first name, hometown, photographs, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Sweepstakes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

Release of Liability

By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Kadar Orthodontics, Bluewire Media, Edelman Fossil Park & Museum, and each of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, attendance at the museum or any related activities, travel to or from the event, or any other aspect of the prize experience.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, stolen, or undelivered entries; technical malfunctions; interruptions in internet or website service; human error; or any event beyond their reasonable control that may affect the administration of the Sweepstakes or the availability of the prize.

 

The winner and all guests participate in the prize experience at their own risk. Kadar Orthodontics and Bluewire Media make no warranties or guarantees regarding the prize or the services provided by third parties and assume no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, property damage, accident, delay, cancellation, or other incident that may occur before, during, or after the prize experience.

 

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that the prize is provided "as is" and agrees that Kadar Orthodontics and Bluewire Media shall have no further obligation or liability of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or the prize beyond providing the prize as described in these Official Rules, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy & Communications
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion. Entrants may also choose to receive promotional emails and other marketing communications from Kadar Orthodontics and Edelman Fossil Park & Museum by opting in during the entry process. Opting in to receive marketing communications is entirely voluntary and is not required to enter or win this Sweepstakes.

 

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

 

Privacy

Information collected during entry will be used solely in accordance with Kadar Orthodontics' Privacy Policy and for administering this Sweepstakes. Entrants may also choose to receive future communications from Kadar Orthodontics, but marketing consent is not required to enter.

 

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

Winner List

To request the name of the winner after the Sweepstakes has concluded, contact Kadar Orthodontics within 60 days following the drawing date.

 

Agreement to Official Rules

By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Sweepstakes Rules and all decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final.
